Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. UI/UX Designer located in Noida. The Sr. UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visual designs, mockups, front-end development, and user interface design. Day-to-day tasks include enhancing user experience (UX) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability. Qualifications : - Visual Design and User Interface Design for web/Mobile Applications. - Experience in creating Figma, HTML & CSS - Front-End Development skills - User Experience (UX) Design expertise - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field Key Responsibilities : - UI/UX Design : Lead the end-to-end design process for both web and mobile applications, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - User Research : Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions. - Visual Design : Create visually appealing mockups and designs that align with the brand guidelines and provide a cohesive look and feel. - Front-End Development : Translate design into clean and efficient HTML/CSS code, ensuring that UI elements are functional, interactive, and optimized for performance. - Design Tools : Utilize tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite to create and deliver exceptional UI/UX solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
