Job Summary : We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our client's technology strategy and drive innovation in Fleet Performance Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions that align with the company's goals of safety, reliability, and efficiency. As a key member of the executive team, the CTO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company's offerings. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the client's commitment to enhancing fleet performance and operational efficiency. - Identify and integrate emerging technologies and industry trends that can bolster safety and reliability in maritime operations. - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Promote continuous learning and professional development within the technology department. - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions tailored to maritime fleet performance. - Ensure that products meet market needs and incorporate client feedback for continuous improvement. - Establish and maintain technology policies, procedures, and best practices that align with ISO and IEC certifications. - Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and technology infrastructure. Qualifications : - Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role, ideally within the maritime or related industries. - Strong background in software development, system architecture, and IT operations. - Visionary thinker with a passion for technology and innovation in the maritime sector. - Demonstrated experience in scaling organizations. - Knowledge of OpenStack, Python, Node.js, React, GCP, and AWS.
