Senior Full Stack Developer - Node.js/Javascript

As a software engineer joining Fullstack department, you will join the core engineering team to scale up our product development towards an AI and data-driven recruiting SaaS. You will be working with top AI researchers and infrastructure gurus to explore unlimited career space. We are the team who drive all product lines in hireEZ and we are seeking experienced and talented Software Engineers to join us. Location : India, Gurgaon Cyber city (onsite working) Time : 8am - 5pm IST Responsibilities : 1. Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Node and Java Script technologies. 2. Give comprehensive engineering technical design and concrete documentation. 3. Design and implement backend services and APIs to support product functionalities. 4. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of applications. 5. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. 6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 7. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. 8. Collaborate proactively and effectively with product managers and designers to optimize user experience on the platform. 9. Give comprehensive engineering technical design and concrete documentation. 10. Establish yourself as an owner of a particular component, feature or system with expert end-to-end understanding. 11. Successfully complete projects at a bigger scope while maintaining a consistent high level of collaboration and : 1. 6-10 years of experience on a large scale and high-performance web development experience, with strong problem-solving skills. 2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering related fields 3. Good sense of UI/UX design for enterprise-grade SaaS 4. Strong proficiency in modern Javascript, HTML and CSS3 5. Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node, Java, Python etc. 6. Proficiency in understanding of HTTP and web technology. 7. Proficiency in modern app frameworks such as ReactJS/VueJS/AngularJS, NestJS/NodeJS, Spring 8. Familiarity with engineering concepts related to operating systems, Networking, file-systems etc. 9. Familiarity with REST architecture, Relational Database/NoSQL Databases, Kubernetes, etc. 10. Be open mind and have a learning attitude 11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment 12. Fluent written and oral English communication capability (ref:hirist.tech)
