UX/UI Lead - Wireframe/Prototype Design

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in user experience and interface design, with a strong focus on Omni commerce, E-commerce, and Fintech domains. We welcome diverse candidates who can bring unique perspectives to our design process. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to create user-centered designs. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. - Ensure consistency in design across all platforms while adhering to brand guidelines. - Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design. Skills Required : - Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with Omni commerce, E-commerce, and Fintech projects is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
