Lead Engineer - System Verification

About the job : We are seeking a Lead Engineer for System Verification to own the execution of verification tests, develop test methods, and ensure compliance with international standards for medical devices. Key Skills : Verification test methods, medical device standards, statistical analysis (MiniTAB), system verification process, test equipment knowledge. Responsibilities : - Translate requirements into verification plans and protocols, ensuring traceability. - Develop reproducible verification test methods, setups, and tools. - Create and implement product test plans, and generate reports in accordance with regulatory standards. - Perform product tests using lab tools (e.multimeter, oscilloscope) and statistical analysis of results. - Guide and mentor team members in test development and equipment. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering. - 7-10 years of experience in system verification and design verification process. - Knowledge of medical device standards (e. , FDA, MDR, IEC). - Experience with statistical methods and test method validation (MiniTAB). - Strong written and spoken English, with a quality-driven mindset.
