Veeva CRM Consultant - Order Management System

Job Description : About the Role : We're seeking a highly experienced Veeva CRM Consultant with immediate availability to join our team. As a Veeva CRM Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in driving successful implementations and providing ongoing support to our clients. Responsibilities : - Lead Veeva CRM implementations, focusing on the Order Management module. - Build strong relationships with clients and establish credibility as a subject matter expert. - Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including use cases and requirements specifications. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Veeva CRM systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Qualifications : - 6 years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, with a strong focus on Order Management. - Proven track record of successful client engagement and management. - Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills. - Strong stakeholder management abilities. - In-depth understanding of SDLC processes and experience in requirement analysis, use case modeling, and business analysis (ref:hirist.tech)
