CyberArk Developer - Privilege Access Management Solutions

Role Overview : We are seeking skilled professionals to design, develop, and implement robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable CyberArk strategies that safeguard our enterprise environments against unauthorized access. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement CyberArk solutions focusing on password vaulting, session management, and privileged access controls. - Customize CyberArk components, including Vault, Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Application Identity Manager (AIM) to meet specific security needs. - Automate account onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in managing privileged accounts. - Integrate CyberArk with various systems, including Active Directory, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to CyberArk components to maintain a secure and compliant environment. - Ensure that all PAM solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop strategies that align with business objectives. - Document processes, configurations, and workflows to ensure clarity and adherence to best practices. Qualifications : - 8 years of experience in implementing and managing CyberArk PAM solutions. - Extensive hands-on experience with CyberArk components and functionality. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash for automation and integration tasks. - Familiarity with security protocols and practices related to identity and access management. - CyberArk certifications (e., CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer, CyberArk Certified Trustee) are highly desirable. - Knowledge of cloud security practices and solutions is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with additional IAM solutions or security tools. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e., GDPR, HIPAA) and their impact on PAM strategies. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines (ref:hirist.tech)
