Java Technical Lead

Job Description : - We are seeking an experienced Java Lead with a strong background in HL7 or Mirth - Connect to join our dynamic team in the US healthcare domain. - The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing healthcare integration solutions, particularly using FHIR standards. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of healthcare integration solutions using Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices in software development. - Mentor and guide junior developers in the team, fostering a collaborative work environment. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HL7 and Mirth Connect integrations. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology. Required Competencies : - FHIR: Strong understanding and experience with FHIR standards in healthcare. - HL7: Proficient in HL7 messaging standards and protocols. - Microservices: Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture. - Spring Boot: Proficient in using Spring Boot for developing RESTful services. - Spring MVC: Solid experience with Spring MVC framework for web applications. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with Java. - Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with HL7 or Mirth Connect (ref:hirist.tech)
