Job Description
Our Client, a Multinational IT Company, World Leader in E-Commerce & AI, is urgently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic and successful Team in one of their Logistics Centres based in the North West of Italy, specifically in the Piedmont Region. The main goal of the role holder is to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and policies, along with the execution of preventive maintenance operations in line with expected timescales and in compliance with the highest standards required. Additionally, providing high levels of availability of the equipment through continuous improvement will also be demanded and met. Main Responsibilities: Put the best Health & Safety practices in all working activities carried out; Respond in a quick time & manner to any fault that might manifest, while providing clear communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that you resolve any issue efficiently and carefully; Support constant improvement by utilizing information gained from failures and providing punctual and reliable feedback and improvement recommendations through Line Managers; Provide high levels of equipment availability to internal customers; Provide full and prompt support to Senior Reliability Engineers and Technicians, maximizing knowledge and experience from interactions. Minimum Qualifications Required: A strong versatility of skills in Electrical & Mechanical disciplines, with priority to Electrical; Experience in planned preventive maintenance systems; Experience in fault detection within MHE/automation systems; Ability to read and understand Mechanical and Electrical diagrams; Experience in maintenance of conveyor belts, motor controllers/inverters; Experience working in compliance with applicable Health and Safety standards and regulations; Experience in managing contractors; Experience from working in a 24/7 shift operational environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high voltage switching applications; Experience in sorting machines; Experience in maintaining and configuring barcode scanners; Experience in print-apply machines. Please note that this position is only addressed to fluent Italian speakers. A certain level of English would be an advantage, but it is not mandatory. Applicants can be resident in the Piedmont Region or elsewhere in Italy or abroad, as long as they are willing to relocate (a relocation package is available).
