Role Purpose The candidate will be included into the HR Department where will support Human Resources management implementing the processes defined by the Center of Expertise. The candidate will be able to have a 360-degree view of HR processes to get a general overview. Key accountabilities and decision ownership Supporting internal and external recruiting activities and reskilling projects of internal company staff Supporting the implementation of Organizational processes and constant monitoring of the compliance with the assigned budget Supporting in defining talent and performance evaluation processes Management of administrative obligations within the agreed deadlines Core competencies, knowledge and experience Knowledge of the Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
