Your voice matters here : As a leading outsourcing partners, we are hiring a Unified Communications (UC) Engineer to be deployed at our client site, which is a technology consulting and services company with over 11,800 employees in 33 locations worldwide. Note : This is a C2H position Job Details : Experience Required : 8-10 years of experience in Mircosoft UC (Unified communications). Qualifications : BE/B. Tech/Graduation in computer science or related field. Location : Hyderabad (Preferred) otherwise PAN India Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred). Shift : Rotational Mandatory Skills : UC solution like (Lotus same time, OCS, Lync 2010, Microsoft Teams/OCS/Lync 2010,Lync 2013, Skype for Business Server, Voice/Video Responsibilities : - Design and implement Microsoft Teams, OCS, Lync 2010/2013, Skype for Business Server, and Voice/Video solutions. - Migrate from legacy and third-party UC solutions (e., Lotus Sametime, OCS, Lync 2010) to Microsoft UC. - Deploy and configure Microsoft Unified Communication in multi-forest and resource forest models. - Configure gateways like AudioCodes, Ericsson, Ferrari, and Oracle Acme, and integrate with Lync and video conferencing devices. - Ensure compliance with solutions like Actiance and Native Lync archiving, and manage QoS for voice/video, IM, and desktop sharing. - Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking problems, and understand data networking, voice protocols, and security. - Configure SIP desk phones and softphones, and document and communicate effectively. Good To Have Skills : - Good knowledge on Active Directory, Exchange messaging, Unified Messaging - Good understanding of the SQL DB - Good Understand of certificates and PKI - Writing HLD/LLD, Migration Run Book, SOP, SOW, SCOPE Document. - Produce approach documents, white papers, track technology trends - Predict industry direction and come-up with new services in given technology area - Writing & Responding to RFP/RFI also doing Industry Trend Analysis etc. - Good familiarity on overall enterprise IT infrastructure in different verticals. - Architect a solution on Unified communication infrastructure (ref:hirist.tech)
