Job Description

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Cloud Collaboration Engineer to manage, deploy, and maintain our global cloud collaboration services and infrastructure. Skill / Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in configuring and managing cloud collaboration platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams). - Strong knowledge of digital cloud workplace support, cloud policy management, and. - Project management skills with a track record of delivering complex cloud-based projects. - Excellent troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills, with a focus on proactive and timely solutions. - Ability to document processes, systems, and knowledgebase articles comprehensively and effectively. - Experience working with IT vendors and managing service agreements. - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global virtual team. - Flexibility to support global regions and adjust working hours for off-hours or weekend support as required. Job Responsibilities : Platform Administration: Configure, deploy, Manage and administer cloud collaboration platforms, including but not limited to : - SharePoint - OneDrive - Microsoft Teams - Cloud Voice Systems Digital Workplace Support : - Provide support and management of digital cloud workplace to ensure an efficient, secure, and user-friendly experience for all end users. Cloud Policy Management : - Implement and manage cloud policies to support security, compliance, and operational standards. Project Management : - Lead and manage projects for complex integrations, installations, and upgrades related to cloud collaboration platforms, ensuring timely delivery within established SLAs. Issue Resolution : - Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified through monitoring systems, service desk, vendor-generated tickets, and user reports, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Liaison and Communication : - Act as a bridge between end users and internal IT teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Documentation : - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, systems, and knowledgebase articles to support ongoing learning and development. Vendor Management : - Establish and maintain productive relationships with relevant IT vendors, ensuring needs are consistently met. Strategic IT Involvement : - Participate in IT strategy sessions to provide insight on collaboration needs and help shape future digital workplace strategy. Independent and Collaborative Work : - Work effectively within a global, virtual team environment with minimal supervision, adapting to cross-regional time zones and requirements. On-Call Availability : - Be available for off-hours support and weekend on-call duties as needed to support global operations. (ref:hirist.tech)
