Job Description : We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and develop enterprise-grade software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results. You will be part of a collaborative Agile environment, contributing innovative ideas to tackle complex challenges and enhance future functionality. Design & Development : - Design software features in line with the agreed architecture and requirements. - Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions for enterprise applications. - Implement software features as per design specifications, ensuring best practices in coding standards. Collaboration & Agile Development : - Work as part of a development team to meet aggressive deadlines. - Collaborate with multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile methodologies, tools, and mindset. - Interface with various R&D groups and support tiers to ensure smooth integration of software components. Innovation & Problem-Solving : - Develop innovative ideas to address complex challenges and improve future functionalities. - Contribute to planning and executing testing processes, ensuring solutions align with design and requirements. Quality Assurance & Automation : - Perform testing and automate processes to maintain software quality and ensure requirements are met. Requirements : Education : - Degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering, or a related field. Experience : - 4-6 years of experience as a Software Engineer within the software industry, contributing to software development teams. - Design and development experience using Java/Scala in Windows/Linux environments. - Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5 and AngularJS. - Experience with complex database environments (e., Postgres, Oracle, MSSQL). Technical Skills : - Strong understanding and experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Experience with Rules Engines like Drools. - Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. - Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus. - Understanding of Customer and Transaction Screening tools like GNR. - Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) practices using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Artifactory is a plus. Soft Skills : - Self-motivated, fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly disposition. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Experience working in an Agile development environment and using tools like JIRA for work item management.
