Datamatics - IBM Case Manager - Scripting

Job Summary:. We are looking for resource with Good experience and exposure in IBM ICM development, including workflow design, Dojo scripting, plug-in and widget development, as well as FileNet CE/PE Java API development. Experience with Oracle DB and team handling is also required. Experience : 5-9 years. Availability of resource : Immediate Joiner. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement complex IBM Case Manager workflows and applications. - Create and customize user interfaces using Dojo scripting and IBM Case Manager's built-in tools. - Develop custom plug-ins and widgets to extend the functionality of IBM Case Manager. - Integrate IBM Case Manager with other systems and applications using FileNet CE/PE Java APIs. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IBM Case Manager applications. - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Mentor and guide junior team members. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest IBM Case Manager technologies and trends. Required Skills and Experience : - 5-9 years of experience in IBM Case Manager development. - Strong proficiency in IBM Case Manager workflow design, Dojo scripting, and plug-in/widget development. - In-depth knowledge of FileNet CE/PE Java API. - Experience with Oracle DB. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills : - Experience with IBM Case Manager automation and scripting. - Knowledge of other IBM products like Content Manager OnDemand and P8. - Experience with Agile methodologies.
