Job Description

Job Title : Workday Integration Consultant (6 years) Job Summary : Seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and deploy integrations between Workday and third-party systems. The role involves collaborating with clients and technical teams, using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Web Services to ensure efficient data flow across applications. Key Responsibilities : - Integration Development : Design and implement Workday integrations for Payroll, Benefits, LMS, etc. - Client Engagement : Gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical consultation. - Testing & Troubleshooting : Conduct SIT, UAT, and resolve data and performance issues. - Documentation : Create integration documents, data mappings, and deployment plans. - System Support : Monitor integration performance and provide post-production support. - Mentorship : Guide junior team members on best practices. Qualifications : - Workday Certification : At least one relevant certification in Workday Integration tools. - Experience : 4 years in Workday integrations with hands-on experience in Studio, EIB, and Web Services. - Technical Skills : Proficient in REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT; knowledge of SQL and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) preferred. - Project Management : Experience in project lifecycle management and stakeholder communication. Desirable Skills : - Familiarity with Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials). - Knowledge of Java, Python, or scripting languages for advanced integration. - Agile methodology experience is a plus.
