Job Title - ServiceNow Team Lead No of position - 1 Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Work mode - Pune Notice - immediate Job Description : - Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs. - Ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow projects by effectively managing resources, tasks, and priorities. - Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of code quality and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow platform and applications. - Ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow projects by effectively managing resources, tasks, and priorities. - Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones. - ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer(CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
