Generative AI Engineer

Job Description : Skills : - Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries. - Understanding of deep learning and generative AI algorithms. - Ability to work with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for large language models. - Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical, real-world applications of AI. Experience : - Proven experience in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. - Strong proficiency with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision generative models. - Experience with transformer architectures (e.g. , GPT, BERT) and GANs. - Model Development : Develop, train, and deploy generative models (e.g. , GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) tailored to specific business needs. - Data Preparation : Collaborate on data collection, pre-processing, and augmentation to ensure model readiness for diverse applications. - Model Optimization : Implement techniques to improve model efficiency, scalability, and performance. - Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI models into production. - Research and Experimentation : Stay up-to-date with advancements in generative AI, experiment with new architectures and frameworks, and implement cutting-edge techniques. - Model Evaluation and Fine-tuning : Design evaluation metrics, fine-tune models based on feedback, and ensure results meet quality standards. - Documentation and Reporting : Maintain clear documentation of models, datasets, experiments, and project progress for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
