UI/UX Lead - Human Computer Interaction

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design, with a focus on omni-commerce, e-commerce, and fintech domains. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the UX/UI design process for omni-commerce, e-commerce, and fintech projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define and implement innovative design solutions. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights, translating them into design improvements. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. - Establish and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across all platforms and products. - Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in design. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in omni-commerce, e-commerce, and fintech projects. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design approaches. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
