Test Lead - Manual/Automation Testing

Job Description : - 5 to 6 Years of work experience in both manual and automation - Must have 3 years of hand on experience as a test lead. - Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills - Experience working in an Agile Scrum QA environment. - Experience in API Testing preferably Rest API, Rest Assured (Microservices) with Postman/newman Must Have : - Experience with any Automation Framework Development (BDD, POM, Cucumber, TestNG, Mocha, Cypress, Chai, Robot Framework). - Experience working in one or many Oracle Fusion modules - Finance, HR, SCM , Customer Experience (CX) - Proficient in programming languages - Python, Java - Experience with industry-standard CI tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker, Bamboo, or CircleCI. - Problem solving and Data analysis skills to leverage AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Predictive Analytics to : - Work with customers team to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goals - You will not only lead, but also train, motivate, and mentor your team while ensuring a great environment. - Ability to identify appropriate test cases for automation and implement test automation in QA automation tools like Selenium/ Katalon /Cucumber/Cypress Frameworks or others. - Ensure the proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit. This includes testing tools for functional, performance, automation, etc. - Defect management including documentation, prioritization, tracking and collaboration with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely defect resolution followed by retesting and closure. - Good understanding of Agile Methodology. - Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders. - Show strong interest in systems and process improvement, product knowledge with excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as good written and oral communication skills. - You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. - You would be a key contributor to building efficient programs/ systems and if you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey, this is the place for you If you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey, this is the place for you - Awareness of latest technologies and trends - Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements - Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies - Knowledge of Quality processes (ref:hirist.tech)
