Pega Developer - CSSA Certified

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with a strong background in designing and implementing Pega applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions on the Pega platform. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Configure Pega workflows, rules, and data models to meet project objectives. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices are followed. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications and components. - Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). - Document technical specifications and maintain application documentation. - Stay updated with the latest Pega features and technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Minimum 4 years of experience in Pega development. - CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, rules, and application design principles. - Experience with integration of Pega applications with external systems. - Proficiency in using Pega tools for workflow management, reporting, and data manipulation. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of other BPM tools and frameworks. - Familiarity with Java and SQL is a plus.
