Scrum Master - IT Project Delivery

Job Role : Scrum Master. Job Location : Pune, Hadapsar. Experience required : 5 Years . - The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to ensure meeting timelines and budgets while delivering a world class consumer experience. Key responsibilities : - Must be able to manage Agile Development Teams and processes while overseeing project scope, tracking timelines and deliverables, KPI & Metrics. - Assists teams to implement a mindset of Agility and help uncover better ways to work effectively with teams and stakeholders who may or may not use similar practices. - Coach the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product. - Backlog items, best ways to refine their backlog and create Stories. Protecting : - The team from outside influence. - Ensure the Development Team understands and maintains commitment to the Definition of Done (DoD). - Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, and themes to ensure. - Work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. - Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals. - Assist the Business Analyst/Product Owner in preparing and refining the backlog for PI and Iteration Planning. - Understanding product planning in an empirical environment. - Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value. - Coach the Product Owner to ensure the volume and flow of Product Backlog. - Items (user stories) towards the top of the Product Backlog are Ready for the Sprint Backlog. - Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. Mandatory Requirements : - Bachelors/Masters in EEE, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master). - Must have been a Scrum master in end-to-end mobile application development. - Experience in IoT (or) Smart Homes (or) Connected Devices is a must.
