Python Lead - PostgreSQL/Design Patterns

Job Description : - We are looking for an experienced Python Lead to drive the development of scalable applications and lead a team of developers. - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, experience with microservices architecture, and a proven ability to manage teams effectively. Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : Lead the development team in designing and implementing robust applications using Python. WebSockets & Microservices : - Architect and develop microservices-based applications utilizing WebSockets for real-time communication. Database Management : - Work with PostgreSQL, including writing and optimizing stored procedures to enhance performance. Message Queuing : - Implement and manage message queuing systems to facilitate communication between services. Design Patterns : - Advocate for and apply design patterns to improve code quality and maintainability. Team Management : - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Collaboration : - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications : Experience : 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python. Technical Skills : - Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in developing WebSocket applications. - Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including experience with stored procedures. - Experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures. - Familiarity with message queuing technologies (e.g, RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus. - Understanding of design patterns and best practices in software development.
