This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring the team adheres to best practices for data quality and enrichment. Responsibilities : - Define and implement data architecture strategies for Salesforce. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. - Design and maintain data models, ensuring scalability and flexibility. - Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards. - Provide guidance to the Data Analysts in data quality and enrichment activities. - Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with other systems for seamless data flow. - Stay updated on Salesforce updates and industry best practices. Experience : - Understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, and relationships. - Experience with Salesforce data import/export processes. - Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Salesforce reports and dashboards. - Proficiency in data profiling to identify data quality issues and trends. - Experience using data cleansing tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Familiarity with external data enrichment tools and APIs. - Knowledge of data governance principles and practices. - Knowledge of data compliance standards, such as GDPR, and implementation within Salesforce. - Proficient in SOQL/SQL for querying and manipulating data in Salesforce databases. - Experience in database management and optimization. - Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools for data quality and enrichment automation. - Proficiency in creating and customizing Salesforce reports and dashboards. - Experience with analytical tools for in-depth data analysis. - Experience in data migration projects, including data mapping and validation. - Knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools. - Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Salesforce Chatter & Slack. - Experience using project management tools to coordinate tasks and projects. - Strong documentation skills for creating and maintaining data quality and enrichment processes documentation. - Commitment to staying updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices. - Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address data quality challenges efficiently.
