Role : Technical Writer Loction : Bangalore (Hybrid - 2 Days in a Week Work From Office) Shift Time : General (9 AM to 6 PM) Contract To Hire : 6 Months Immediate Joiners Only Main Skills : User Manual writing experience, Good Verbal & writen Communication, Responsible We are looking for a professional writer to design and develop marketing materials and training manuals for various tools and methodologies. This role involves detailed interaction with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand the tools and develop content in an effective and appealing manner, adhering to brand standards. Responsibilities : - Plan and develop marketing and training documentation by reviewing and understanding tools and processes. - Follow brand guidelines to ensure integration of marketing materials. - Work with multiple marketing and training documents, demonstrating a thorough understanding of SDLC. - Manage time effectively to develop high-quality materials while adhering to project timelines. - Analyze FAQs and list them during the process. - Perform task and content analysis. - Develop document structure and enhance the visual design of content. - Maintain high standards of written English and communicate fluently and effectively, both in writing and verbally. - Identify end-user requirements and create content that aligns with those needs. - Coordinate with SMEs to define content scope, build materials, and review the final products. - Ensure attention to detail and accuracy throughout the process, applying analytical thinking. Requirements : - Bachelors degree in a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, or experience. - 4-7 years of experience in designing and delivering marketing and training materials. - Proficient in creating storyboards and design. - Ability to understand software-driven business processes. - Strong time management skills. - Experience working independently and remotely with SMEs. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. - Flexibility to accommodate global requirements. - Knowledge of instructional design principles and technologies (preferred).
