Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Android Team Lead with extensive experience in Kotlin and a proven ability to lead development teams. As an Android Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Android development team, ensuring high-quality code, and adhering to best practices in software architecture and testing. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the Android development team in building and delivering high-performance mobile applications. - Utilize 6 years of experience in Kotlin to develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code. - Implement modern UI/UX designs and ensure smooth, responsive user experiences. - Write and maintain automated test cases, ensuring clean code and 4 years of experience in TDD (Test-Driven Development). - Apply SOLID principles and software design patterns with 5 years of experience in delivering robust and scalable applications. - Lead by example, conducting code reviews and guiding the team to follow best coding practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of new features and updates. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead the team in resolving them. - Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow in their roles. - Ensure timely delivery of projects with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
