Data Analyst - R/Python

Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex data sets. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support business : - Gather and organize large sets of data from various sources. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleaning and validation. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Use statistical techniques and software to interpret data and generate insights. - Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to support various business functions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, operations, and IT to understand data needs and deliver insights. - Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic planning and business initiatives. - Utilize data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau or Power BI. - Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and tools to continuously improve our data practices. Requirements : - 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role. - Proven experience working with large data sets and performing complex data analysis. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner. - Strong problem-solving skills and a critical thinking mindset. - Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling. - Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
