Lead Full Stack Developer - Python/AngularJS

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular for front-end development, Python for back-end services, and extensive experience with Azure and MongoDB. This role will play a pivotal part in designing and scaling our web applications while ensuring seamless user experiences and robust system architecture. Required Skills : (Angular, Python, MongoDB, Azure) Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using Angular and Python. - Design and implement secure, efficient, and maintainable APIs integrated with MongoDB for data persistence. - Leverage Microsoft Azure services for deploying, managing, and scaling cloud- based applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality features and user experiences. - Apply solid design principles and low-level design (LLD) to ensure robust system architecture and maintainability. - Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Perform rigorous testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application quality and reliability. - Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot application performance and scalability issues. - Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development, cloud computing, and database management. Skills & Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in full-stack web development with a strong portfolio of projects. - Proficiency in Angular (or similar frameworks) for front-end development and Python (e.g., Flask, Django, or FastAPI) for back-end development. - Strong Experience in System Design, building System from scratch and following agile development model - Strong expertise with MongoDB for NoSQL database design and management. - Extensive experience working with Microsoft Azure, including cloud deployment, scalability, and monitoring tools. - Solid understanding of software design principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY) and strong skills in low-level design (LLD). - Previous experience in a startup environment is a significant advantage. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and secure data handling practices. - Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. - Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to debug complex issues and provide innovative solutions. - Experience with authentication frameworks (e.g., OAuth, JWT) and application security.
