Job Description : Essentials : - B.E/MCA degree from reputed university/GNIIT. - Strong problem solving and understand and execute complex analysis - Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel SQL. - Basic Oracle ERP knowledge. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to research and analyze data to resolve customer issues. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Independent and self-motivated. - Strong team player. - High Flexibility. - Able to resolve problems and deliver commitment. - Able to work under pressure. - Customer satisfaction oriented. - Familiarity with the best practices of Data Role : - Able to generate accurate service order reports and able to provide relevant and actionable insights. - Communicate with Business partners to understand and gather reporting requirements. - Provide key metrics using relevant data-driven analyses to support business users in monitoring and decision making. - Perform analysis on services data models to create business reports based on partner's expectation. - Develop and write process documentation and maintain it on Sharedoc. - Work with deadlines and should meet 100% SLA. - Focus on timely delivery of roles and responsibilities. - Should act as a Technical and Business consultant for the projects assigned. - Coordinate and manage end to end delivery. - Present insightful reports to key business units through meetings or e-mail correspondences. - Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, reports in salesforce - Integrate various data sources using programming tools to extract relevant and useful information (ref:hirist.tech)
