Position Summary : The SharePoint Developer perform diversified IT support services under the team lead /manager direction with minimum assistance. SharePoint Developer can make decisions on routine jobs except for unusual issues and circumstances. When such a situation arises, outline them to the IT manager, Directors or Partners and then act on their advice. Performance Appraisal : Three-six months probation review, and then a Half-yearly review based on the calendar year Key Accountabilities : Key result area: Develop , implement & maintain Sharepoint Major activities : a) Meeting with the design team to review website and application requirements. b) Setting tasks and development goals. c) Configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements. d) Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#. e) Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications. f) Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies. g) Testing and debugging code. h) Reviewing website interface and software stability. i) Troubleshooting software issues. j) Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications. k) Providing systems training to staff and customers. General : a) Adhere to HR policies and procedures. b) Necessary steps should be taken to protect the firm's interest. c) Ensure minimum chargeability requirements. d) Ensure a minimum PMS score of 3.9 consistently for further progression Skills And Knowledge : Essential : a) Extensive knowledge of ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks. b) Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services. c) High-level coding skills. d) Ability to solve complex software issues Desirable : Knowledge of business processes, Sharepoint, and programming Attributes : Essential : - Ability to handle multiple projects - Detail orientated. - : Positive, Proactive demeanor Education ,training And Development : - Essential : Bachelors degree in computer science / IT / related field - Desirable : Excellent knowledge in compute software (ref:hirist.tech)
