Techno-Functional Consultant - Sage X3 Module

Position Summary : The Techno Functional Consultant - Sage X3 performs diversified IT support services under the team lead / manager direction with minimum assistance. Techno Functional Consultant - Sage X3 can make decisions on routine jobs except for unusual issues and circumstances. When such a situation arises, outline them to the IT manager, Directors or Partners and then act on their advice. Performance Appraisal : Three-six months probation review, and then a Half-yearly review based on the calendar year Key Accountabilities : Key result area : Develop, maintain & implement SAGE X3 modules. Major activities : a) Maintain the implemented functionality of SAGE X3 modules through end user support of technical problems, business-as-usual requests, and provision of knowledge of that functionality to those users. b) Resolve minor and complex incidents and change service request through level support to deliver timely and quality solutions to end users. c) Develop and Coordinate SAGE X3 End-User Training for business processes. d) Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes, and systems. e) Take an active part in quality improvement processes. f) Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorization for any deviations from standard procedures. General : a) Adhere to HR policies and procedures. b) Necessary steps should be taken to protect the firm's interest. c) Ensure minimum chargeability requirements. d) Ensure a minimum PMS score of 3.9 consistently for further And Knowledge : Essential : a) Experience in customer support or consulting in SAGE X3 b) Proven track record in successful big to medium project implementations c) Business acumen and experience gained (ideally) in service company environment in a relevant discipline Desirable : Knowledge of business processes, financial modules and SAG X3 tools. Personal Attributes : Essential : - Effective communication and leadership qualities - Able to handle multiple projects. - Time management - Proactive & interpersonal skills. Desirable : Positive, Proactive training And Development : Essential : Graduate / Postgraduate in IT or related filed. Desirable : Any relevant certification in Sage X3 (ref:hirist.tech)
