Oracle Hyperion Consultant - HFM Module

Job Title : HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) Support Specialist Job Description : We are seeking a skilled HFM Support Specialist with expertise in Oracle Hyperion EPM Suite to provide day-to-day support, ensure system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance HFM functionalities. This role involves troubleshooting, guiding users, and implementing best practices for financial consolidation processes. Key Responsibilities : Daily Support and Troubleshooting : - Provide day-to-day support for HFM applications, resolving user queries and troubleshooting issues. - Perform routine system maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations. Performance Monitoring : - Monitor the performance and stability of HFM systems. - Proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize downtime. User Collaboration and Training : - Work with end-users to understand requirements and provide guidance on HFM best practices. - Act as a subject matter expert, delivering training and support to end-users as needed. System Upgrades and Enhancements : - Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. - Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during these implementations. Documentation and Testing : - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations. - Participate in testing activities for new features, patches, and upgrades to ensure compatibility and functionality. Continuous Improvement : - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HFM and financial consolidation. - Provide recommendations for system optimization and process improvement. Must-Have Skills : Solid understanding of Oracle Hyperion EPM Suite, including : - Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) - FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition) - Smart View - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Experience in financial consolidation processes. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users and technical teams. Preferred Skills : - Experience with system performance tuning and monitoring. - Knowledge of testing methodologies for patches and system upgrades. - Familiarity with financial reporting and data integration workflows.
