Job Title : UiPath Support Engineer. Location : [remote]. Working Hours : 2:30 AM 11:30 AM IST. Job Summary : - We are seeking a skilled UiPath Support Engineer with over 4. - 5 years of experience in RPA support. - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and troubleshooting UiPath platforms, as well as a solid understanding of RPA infrastructure, including Windows Servers and Virtual Machines. - You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our RPA processes, resolving technical issues, and supporting the installation and upgrade of UiPath components. Key Responsibilities : UiPath Support: Provide expert support for UiPath platforms, troubleshooting issues and ensuring efficient operation of RPA processes. Infrastructure Management: Manage Windows Servers and Virtual Machines, facilitating remote access and interpreting Windows event logs for performance monitoring. Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the RPA platform in both VM environments and desktop machines. Database Management: Utilize SQL for data retrieval and management to support RPA processes. Bot Management: Set up and troubleshoot Bots within virtual machines, ensuring reliability and optimal performance. Installation and Upgrades: Oversee the installation and upgrade processes for UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator. Required Skills and Experience. Experience: Minimum of 4. 5 years in UiPath support roles. Technical Skills : - Proficient in managing Windows Servers and Virtual Machines. - Strong ability to interpret Windows event logs. - Knowledge of UiPath Studio/StudioX and UiPath Orchestrator. - Proven experience in solving technical issues on VM environments and desktop machines. - Familiarity with SQL database management. - Experience in setting up and troubleshooting Bots on VMs. - Knowledge of installation and upgrade processes for UiPath components. Soft Skills : Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
