CarDekho - Data Scientist - SQL/Python

Job Description : We at CarDekho Group are looking for a skilled and dedicated Data Scientist to join our team. This role will involve working on data labeling, data ingestion, data formatting, and data augmentation necessary to build AI applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and basic capabilities to implement Generative AI into products using endpoints or APIs. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement efficient data ingestion pipelines to collect and process large volumes of data. - Manage data labeling processes to ensure high-quality training data for AI models. - Format and preprocess data to meet the requirements of various AI applications. - Develop and apply data augmentation techniques to enhance the diversity and quality of training datasets. - Collaborate with AI Research Engineers and Backend Engineers to integrate data pipelines with AI models and applications. - Implement Generative AI into products using endpoints or APIs. - Monitor and maintain data infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and AI. Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Java. - Experience with data processing frameworks and tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka. - Strong understanding of database technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra. - Familiarity with data labeling tools and platforms such as Labelbox, Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth, or Dataloop. - Experience with data augmentation techniques and tools. - Basic understanding of Generative AI and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating AI models using endpoints. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working with AI applications or data-intensive systems. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
