Adobe Target Developer

Role : Adobe Target Developer Location : Chennai Experience : 5 Description : - Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build Multi-channel campaigns - Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues. - Partner with the analytics teams on measurement across customized site experiences - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences - Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy - Deliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touch points. - Architect and design Adobe target technical solutions to drive multi-touch/multi-channel marketing, defined by the buyer's journey - Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site management and creative to ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence - Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build Multi-channel campaigns - Monitor the effectiveness of digital Campaigns and iterate to yield higher ROI. - Prepare and implement detailed project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and task owners. - Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy - Develop JavaScript, CSS, and HTML Skills and Qualifications : Job specific skills : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. - Proven 5 years of experience as an Adobe Target Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful personalization campaigns - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques. - In-depth knowledge of Adobe Target platform, including its capabilities, features, and integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud products. - Adobe Target Certification and Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch are a plus General skills : - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. - Strong analytical and programming skills - Excellent problem solving skills - Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals - Good understanding of web technologies - Quick learner with passion to learn and adapt to new technologies - Excellent verbal and written communications skills and being a team player - Attention to details and striving for perfection - Working in Agile environment (ref:hirist.tech)
