Senior Golang Developer - Backend Architecture

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable backend systems using Golang. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Collaborate with other engineers to define system architecture and APIs. - Optimize application performance and scalability. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues. - Analyze system performance and implement optimizations. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Golang technologies and best practices. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. - Contribute to code reviews and ensure code quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. - Deploy applications to production environments using CI/CD pipelines. - Monitor application performance and address issues proactively. - Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities. Required Skills and Experience : - 7-12 years of experience in software development. - Strong proficiency in Golang programming language. - Experience with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). - Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with testing frameworks (Go testing framework). - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
