Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

Job Title : ML Engineer (Data Scientist). Experience : 6 Years. Location : Remote. Key Responsibilities : - Model Development : Design and develop machine learning models, including but not limited to linear regression, customized algorithms, and recommendation systems, to support predictive analytics and business decision-making. - Algorithm Customization : Create and fine-tune custom algorithms to meet unique business requirements and improve model accuracy and efficiency. - Recommendation System Design : Build and optimize recommendation engines that enhance personalization and increase engagement rates. - Data Analysis & Feature Engineering : Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature extraction, and feature selection to build robust predictive models. - Model Deployment & Optimization : Deploy models into production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. - Monitor and optimize models post-deployment. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and product managers, to integrate ML solutions into applications. - Documentation : Document methodologies, model workflows, and results for transparency and reproducibility. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Experience : 6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a focus on model development and algorithm customization. Technical Skills : - Strong proficiency in Python or R for data science and ML model development. - Experience with linear regression, customized algorithms, and recommendation systems. - Familiarity with ML frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc. - Expertise in data manipulation using SQL and big data tools (e., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. - Model Development Skills : Proficient in building, training, and deploying machine learning models. - Problem-Solving Abilities : Ability to translate business problems into data science solutions and customize algorithms to meet business needs. - Analytical Skills : Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights. - Collaboration Skills : Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in an Agile environment. Nice-to-Have Skills : - Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques. - Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying machine learning models.
