Generative AI Developer

Experience : 4 to 10 Years. Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Senior Generative AI Developer with 4-10 years of experience in developing, deploying, and managing AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with Azure Generative AI services, strong proficiency in Python and related AI libraries, and a solid background in data or machine learning. This role involves designing and implementing advanced AI functionalities, including document intelligence, chatbot development, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis. Prior experience with DevOps tools and domain expertise in legal, procurement, or finance is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and deploy advanced AI solutions using Azure Generative AI services, including AI Search, AI Document Intelligence, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps. - Design and implement solutions for document chunking, chatbot query routing, entity extraction, document comparison, and sentiment analysis. - Work with LangChain and related frameworks to build context-aware conversational agents and advanced document processing solutions. - Develop scalable AI models for bulk document processing and real-world projects, avoiding limited Proof-of-Concept-only approaches. - Implement and manage backend solutions using Python and other relevant technologies to support AI functionalities. - Automate workflows using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions for seamless integration with other systems. - Work with Terraform (if applicable) to streamline infrastructure provisioning and deployment. - Leverage a strong background in data and machine learning to develop, fine-tune, and optimize AI models. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to preprocess data and ensure high-quality inputs for model training and inference. - Apply AI-driven solutions in legal, procurement, or finance domains, delivering tailored insights and enhancing decision-making processes. - Utilize domain-specific knowledge to refine AI models for maximum accuracy and relevance. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions. - Document AI models, workflows, and processes for maintenance and knowledge sharing. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Proficiency with Azure Generative AI services, including AI Search, AI Document Intelligence, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps. - Strong hands-on experience in Python and frameworks like LangChain or related technologies. - Proven track record of working on advanced AI functionalities such as document chunking, chatbots, entity extraction, document comparison, and sentiment analysis. - Solid experience in data science or machine learning, with the ability to build, fine-tune, and deploy AI models. - Understanding of document processing pipelines and working with large datasets for bulk processing. - Experience with GitHub for code versioning and deployment. - Knowledge of Terraform or similar tools for infrastructure automation is a plus. - Familiarity with AI applications in legal, procurement, or finance domains is highly desirable. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications : - Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning them for specific use cases. - Understanding of Generative AI ethical considerations and ability to develop responsible AI solutions. - Knowledge of other cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS AI, Google AI) is a bonus.
