SAP CPI Functional/Technical Consultant - BIB/IMG Module

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Configure and manage BIB IMG settings, including Field & Value Mapping, API Connections, and Security Authentication Settings. - Design and implement CPI integration flows (i-Flows) using Groovy scripting to enhance functionality and efficiency. - Develop end-to-end SAP integration solutions, focusing on data consistency and security. - Configure and integrate ERP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with CPI, ensuring seamless data synchronization. - Perform in-depth field mapping and ensure data integrity between SAP modules. - Conduct integration testing to validate connections across ERP HCM, SuccessFactors EC, and CPI systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during testing to maintain a smooth integration process. - Establish and maintain secure API connections, adhering to authentication protocols and ensuring data protection. - Optimize API performance and monitor data flow across integration pipelines. - Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, integration workflows, and testing results. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to meet project objectives. - Analyze and optimize CPI integration flows for scalability and high performance. - Identify and resolve bottlenecks in integration processes to enhance system efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 6 years of experience in SAP CPI, with strong proficiency in BIB i-Flow programming and Groovy scripting. - In-depth knowledge of BIB IMG settings, including Field & Value Mapping, API Connections, and Security Authentication Settings. - Proven experience in integrating ERP HCM and SuccessFactors EC with CPI. - Hands-on experience in integration testing across SAP modules, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Expertise in SAP API Management, including REST and SOAP APIs. - Knowledge of authentication mechanisms and data security protocols in SAP integrations. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams effectively. Preferred Qualifications : - SAP certifications in CPI or SuccessFactors Integration. - Experience in offshore integration projects. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration processes. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
