LAMP Developer - PHP/MySQL

Role: LAMP developer Job description - Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites using the LAMP stack. - Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code in PHP/Perl/Python to ensure optimal performance and maintainability. - Manage MySQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Configure and maintain Linux-based servers running Apache to ensure secure and efficient hosting of web applications. - Implement security best practices to protect web applications from potential threats and vulnerabilities. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly. - Create and maintain technical documentation for code, configurations, and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the growth of the team. - Should have experience in PHP. - Should have experience in Apache. - Should have experience in MySQL. - Knowledge in developing LAMP. - Improvements, bug fixes in existing software. - Should be able to maintain existing websites, which are developed in open source format - Hands on Experience on PHP / Perl, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Smarty - Web technologies such as HTTP, XML, AJAX, JavaScript - SOAP / XML design/ development - Object-oriented programming and multi-tiered application development experience in web based enterprise applications (ref:hirist.tech)
