Senior Java Developer - Spring Frameworks

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Core Java Developer with strong expertise in the Spring framework to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in building robust applications using Spring MVC and possess excellent coding and SQL skills. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions, particularly within the Fintech/Banking sector. Key Responsibilities : 1. Develop and maintain Java-based applications using the Spring framework, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. 2. Implement and customize Spring MVC components to meet project requirements. 3. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. 4. Design and execute SQL queries for database interactions and data management. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, testers, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions. 6. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality. 7. Troubleshoot and debug issues across various environments and platforms, ensuring prompt resolution. 8. Work on Fintech/Banking projects, leveraging domain knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that align with industry standards. 9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients to provide updates and gather requirements. Qualifications : a) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. b) 8-10 years of experience in Core Java development with expertise in the Spring framework. c) Proven experience in Spring MVC. d) Strong understanding of OOP concepts and Java design patterns. e) Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle). f) Excellent coding and debugging skills. g) Prior experience in Fintech/Banking projects is a significant advantage. h) Strong communication and collaboration skills.
