Subject Matter Expert - Generative AI

Background/ Context : If you are passionate teaching & researching, with an expertise in Generative AI (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, BERT, Stable Diffusion) and experienced in AI/ML, we are looking for you In this role, you will drive the development of cutting-edge courses and deliver content for our GenAI programs. You will also oversee program delivery and work closely with industry experts to create an impactful learning experience. Desired Attributes : - PhDs / Research Fellows preferred - Minimum overall experience of 15 years both in academic & professional setup. - Experience in the NLP/ AI Domain. - Should have delivered GenAI & Advanced Machine Learning Trainings - Strong experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions on AWS platforms or other cloud servers such as Azure, Google Cloud - Hands-on with GenAI tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, Stable Diffusion, or other transformer-based models). - Hands-on with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks is essential. - Being a distinguished speaker, author, and patent holder is a huge plus. - Knowledge of various cloud platforms is a plus Target Industry/Sector : - Educational Industry - Professors - Corporate Trainers Key Responsibility Areas : - Structure and lead content development for B2B clients in the Generative AI domain. - Research and experiment GenAI models capturing industry advancement & maintaining the accuracy of content, instructional design, and the overall course experience. - Plan and execute student competency assessment and engagement to ensure exceptional learning experiences. - Understand client requirements and develop comprehensive AI programs to meet the training outcomes. - Deliver sessions & webinars to B2B clients, as and when the need arises. - Define and manage the content development with a team of Associates; work & develop educational content across all skill levels (beginner to advanced).
