Senior Graphic Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and execution of complex projects including digital and print media, advertising campaigns, product packaging, and promotional materials. - Develop creative concepts and design strategies that align with our brand identity and business goals. - Oversee the design process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency across all materials. - Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations. - Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail. - Conduct design reviews, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and making revisions as needed. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually enhance our design approach. - Present and communicate design ideas and concepts to internal teams and external clients. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work across various media and platforms. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. - Advanced understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively. - Experience in leading and mentoring design teams is highly desirable. - Familiarity with web design, UX/UI principles, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
