Job Description : We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with strong expertise in image processing to join our team. This role involves developing and deploying cutting-edge AI models for image processing and analysis. The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing machine learning and deep learning algorithms specifically for image-related tasks and comfortable working with large datasets to create highly efficient, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, train, and deploy image processing models and algorithms for tasks such as object detection, image segmentation, classification, post production. - Utilize machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV to build robust AI solutions. - Perform data preprocessing, augmentation, and feature extraction to optimize model performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the existing software infrastructure. - Monitor, validate, and fine-tune models in production to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. - Optimize models for performance and scalability, leveraging techniques like model pruning, quantization, and edge deployment as needed. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision and image processing, and explore their applicability to current and future projects. - Document and present project progress, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience : - Proven experience (3 years) in AI, machine learning, and image processing. - Strong proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and OpenCV. - Expertise in image processing techniques and algorithms, including object detection, segmentation, classification, and image generation. - Experience with data preprocessing, augmentation, and transformation for training robust models. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred), with knowledge of relevant libraries like NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn. - Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (e., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform) and experience in deploying models in production. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex tasks. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation. Preferred Qualifications : - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. - Experience with edge deployment of image processing models and optimization techniques (e., TensorRT, ONNX). - Familiarity with image and video processing tasks in real-time applications or experience in fields like augmented reality (AR), medical imaging, or facial recognition. - Knowledge of version control (Git) and agile development practices.
