Job Description
Job Title : Siebel CRM Functional Consultant Job Type : Fulltime Date : 19.10.24 Virtual Interview Key Responsibilities : - Siebel Migration & Deployment : Lead and manage the migration and deployment of Siebel objects and configurations from one environment to another. Ensure seamless execution and minimal disruptions during transitions. - Siebel Setup & Environment Management : Oversee the setup, configuration, and monitoring of Siebel CRM environments. Ensure that the system is optimized for performance and operational stability. - Collaboration with IT Teams : Coordinate with Network, Computer Management, and Database Administration teams for connectivity setups, patch updates, system upgrades, and data backup activities. - System Upgrades & Patch Management : Plan and execute Siebel IP16 upgrade activities, ensuring the system remains up-to-date with the latest patches and improvements. - Siebel CRM Functional Expertise : Leverage experience in Siebel modules such as Order Management, Customer Management, Product Management, and User Management to optimize and improve business processes. - Automation : Implement automation solutions within Siebel CRM to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and increase efficiency. - Communication & Reporting: Provide excellent communication and presentation skills when engaging with stakeholders, delivering project updates, and preparing operational reports. Required Skills : - Siebel CRM Expertise : 5 years of hands-on functional experience in Siebel CRM, with a strong understanding of Siebel IP16 or higher. - Migration & Deployment : Expertise in the migration and deployment of Siebel objects and environments, ensuring seamless system transitions. - Siebel Modules : Extensive knowledge in Siebel Order Management, Customer Management, Product Management, and User Management functionalities. - Coordination with IT Teams : Experience coordinating with network, database, and infrastructure teams for system management and optimization tasks. - System Upgrades & Patches : Proven ability in managing Siebel upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning. - Automation : Experience implementing automation solutions within Siebel for operational efficiency. Desirable Skills : - Performance Tuning : Experience in optimizing Siebel CRM performance for large-scale implementations. - Database Management : Familiarity with Oracle databases and basic SQL for troubleshooting and system optimization. - Project Management : Ability to manage or contribute to Siebel implementation and upgrade projects.
