Skycore - Android Developer - Java/Kotlin

Job Description : We are looking to hire a talented Android developer to design, build, and maintain the next generation of Android applications. Your primary focus will be developing high-end Android applications. Your duties may include collaborating with the design team for new application features, identifying and fixing application bottlenecks, maintaining the core code, and updating applications published on the Play Store. Duties & Responsibilities : - Should have Strong Object-oriented concepts with Collections and Multithreading. - Should have knowledge of Architecture Design patterns like MVP and MVVM. - Good knowledge in Core Java and Kotlin knowledge will be better. - Knowledge in Jetpack Components (Ex. ViewModel, LiveData, and Room Database) - Versioning tools - SVN, Git, Github - Experience working with Sqlite and remote data via REST and JSON - Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (Firebase (FCM push, Crashlytics, Events, and App distribution), Retrofit, Dagger2, RXJava, Butter Knife, Picasso, OkHttp, Google Services, Volley.) - Experience with Continuous-Integration (CI/CD) - Should have worked on full cycles of SDLC - Experience in Jira, Basecamp project management tool. Skills : - 4 years experience working with Android - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science (or related field) - Ability to build code with an international team - Efficient communicator. - Contribution to open-source projects is a plus.
