Job Description : We are currently seeking a talented and experienced SAP SF Data Migration Specialist to join our team and drive the successful migration of SAP S/4 from SAP ECC. As the SAP SF Data Migration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of data solutions within our SAP SF environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and usability to support business processes and decision-making. Requirements : Responsibilities : SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Implementation : - Drive the design and execution of SAP HCM and SF solutions, with a focus on OM, PA, Time (Negative), Payroll (India & Singapore), PMS, and SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Manage the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central modules. - Lead BIB replication processes from SuccessFactors to SAP and ensure seamless integration with EC Payroll. Business Requirement Analysis : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP and SuccessFactors solutions. - Perform 'AS IS' and 'TO BE' gap analysis to provide optimized solutions for implementation projects. Data Migration and Configuration : - Develop and execute data migration strategies in Employee Central and other SAP HCM modules. - Configure and customize SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions according to business requirements. Support and Issue Resolution : - Provide support for ongoing operations by resolving issues in OM, PA, and payroll-related interfaces such as Merlin, Erimatch, and IDOCs. - Ensure SOX compliance by managing monthly, quarterly, and annual control checks and implementing new SOX controls within SAP HRMS. Testing, Documentation, and End-User Training : - Lead testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure high quality. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including configuration guides and training materials. - Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure smooth transition to new systems and processes. Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement : - Act as a lead consultant, managing a small team and liaising with third-party vendors and client resources. - Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of the SAP and SuccessFactors solution with business needs. Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience : - 5 years as an SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Functional Consultant. - Strong expertise in OM, PA, Time (Negative), Payroll (India & Singapore), Performance Management Systems (PMS), and SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Hands-on experience with BIB replication from SF to SAP, as well as knowledge of EC Payroll. - Proven track record in data migration, configuration, customization, and documentation in SAP and SuccessFactors environments. Technical Expertise : - Extensive experience in ASAP methodology for project implementations. - Strong understanding of interfaces such as Merlin, Erimatch, and IDOCs, with a proven ability to manage payroll systems and related integrations. - Knowledge and experience in managing SOX compliance and controls for SAP HRMS. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong customer-oriented approach. - Ability to work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide SAP solutions tailored to those needs. Certifications : SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory.
