Scrum Master - eCommerce

Job Title : Scrum Master eCommerce. Location : BangaloreWFO. Exp : 5-6 Years. Position Overview : - We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic eCommerce team. - The ideal candidate will facilitate agile practices, drive team performance, and ensure successful project delivery while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities : - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) for cross-functional teams. - Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices. - Remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow. - Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog and clarify requirements. - Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the team. - Monitor team performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication. - Support the team in adapting to changes in project scope, timelines, and priorities. Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably in eCommerce or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. - Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. - Experience with project management tools (e.g, Jira, Trello). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenges effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Relevant certifications (e.g, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP) are a plus.
