Azure Engineer - Cloud Configuration & Administration

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate security fixes and Azure configurations - Act as a technical advisor to the project lead, providing expertise on Azure services and change impact. - Translate technical requirements to the 2nd shift team and ensure proper handoff. - Assist in managing change control processes and downtime coordination with application owners. - Attend and support technical meetings, freeing up the project lead for other priorities. - Ensure successful implementation of security fixes and document : - 5 years of experience in Azure Cloud configuration and administration. - Extensive knowledge of Azure services, including networking, security, storage, and compute resources. - Ability to troubleshoot, research, and provide solutions across different Azure services. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts. - Familiarity with change control and downtime management processes. - Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure platform in an engineering or similar role. - Strong knowledge of Azure security practices, Azure Policy, and cloud governance. - Experience with Azure networking services such as VNets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, and VPN Gateways. - Proficiency in managing Azure storage, compute resources, and familiarity with ARM templates or Terraform. - Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. - Strong understanding of cloud security, networking protocols, and infrastructure as code. - Certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred.
