Job Description
HR Delivery Manager vacancy for a globally operating Baden based company in the Energy sector . Your tasks: Managing and leading a dedicated payroll team, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Taking ownership of vendor-managed payroll services, ensuring smooth operations and accuracy for around 3,500 employees Overseeing daily team operations, including managing customer query tickets, monthly payroll processing, and issue resolution Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and labor laws, ensuring payroll operations comply with all relevant policies and legal requirements Implementing and overseeing payroll-related risk management processes, ensuring robust control activities are in place Your experience/knowledge: Proven experience in payroll management within a large, complex organization Deep knowledge of SAP Global View and experience with vendor-managed payroll systems In-depth understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements Deep understanding of labor laws, employment standards, and regulatory compliance to ensure the organization operates within legal boundaries Language skills: German and English - fluent, Italian or French would be an advantage Your soft skills: Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail A high degree of self-organisation and time management Analytical and solution-orientated thinking Location: Baden, Switzerland Work setting: On-Site Sector: Energy Start: 12/2024 Duration: 07 MM Workload: 100% Ref .Nr.: BH 22309 Take the next step and send us your resume along with a daytime phone number where we can reach you.
