A career as a Enterprise Architect in the IT Delivery Architecture - Wealth Management team at National Bank means acting as a Senior Entreprise Architectf the wealth management. It is through your business architecture skills, investment experience and technology knowledge that you have a positive impact on the client/employee/partner experience, profitability and growth of the wealth management industry. Your role : • Act as a trusted advisor to the domain's lines of business in the development of the domain's long-term strategic vision and in continuous decision-making • Collect the strategy and business issues, their operational reality, transpose them into multi-channel/multi-line business solutions and propose strategies to support the realization of activities • Establish and maintain the mapping of the business capabilities of the investment area (and other areas used), in collaboration with the business line and data governance • Maintain the target architecture and transformation roadmap of technology ecosystems • Support and accompany the delivery trains, ensuring that the solutions put in place are in line with the roadmap and that they comply with the Bank's guidelines and architecture standards • Identify possible interrelationships and synergies between the different delivery trains • Ensure the healthy evolution of the application portfolio: obsolescence, technological debt, simplification of the overall IT ecosystem, etc. • Carry out monitoring to stay on top of business and technological trends and best practices. Contribute to the innovation process with the line of business. Your team: Within the IT Delivery - Wealth Management sector, you are part of a team of 10 colleagues, reporting to the Strategy and Delivery Architect. We favor a variety of forms of continuous learning to enrich your development, including learning in action, training content made available to you and working in collaboration with colleagues with diverse expertise and profiles. Requirements : • Completed Bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity, and fifteen years of relevant experience or completed Master's degree, related to the sector of activity, and eight years of relevant experience. • Experience in the role of Senior Architect in the delivery of several major projects in large companies • Strong knowledge of the investment industry (brokerage/trading/back office, CPG/Mutual Fund distribution and manufacturing, fiduciary services) and the integration of multi-channel brokerage capabilities • Mastery of the concepts, technologies and solutions of a modern digital ecosystem (e.g. Microservices, APIs, Data Flows, Security, Elasticity, PaaS, Cloud SaaS, DevOps, ) • AWS Cloud Architect certification is an asset • Strong ability to synthesize, analyze, popularize and influence • Sense of innovation & ability to rethink/redefine different directions Your benefits In addition to competitive compensation, upon hiring you’ll be eligible for a wide range of flexible benefits to help promote your wellbeing and that of your family.
